Scheduling an appointment will create a tentative appointment, which will be confirmed within 48 hours (M-F). If you don’t receive an email via Kalix confirming your visit within 2-3 days, please send an email to caitlinhosmermsrd@gmail.com to confirm that your booking request was received.

Telehealth sessions are conducted virtually at this time through Kalix, a secure, HIPAA-compliant site where you can manage your appointments, message me securely, upload documents/reports from other providers and pay for your visit with a major credit-card.

Home visits are only available for existing clients.

48-hours notice is required to change or cancel an appointment. A $100 cancellation fee will be automatically applied for visits canceled closer to your appointment time. You will need to enter your credit card information upon booking. Please reach out by email as soon as possible if you need to cancel on shorter notice because of a personal or family medical emergency.
